Packet Tracer

Lesson 2: 

In the second lesson we got to setup a sipmle network made up of a main router, two 2960 Switches and two Computers.

After connecting the divices we had to give the router and the computers ip addresses via the console.

Introduction to KSN

Lesson 1: 

In the first Lesson we were introduced to netacad Cisco's website for doing the courses for the CCNA certificate. We had to take the pre test exam and get to know the website.

To simulate networks we are going to use Cisco's Packet Tracer. You can download Packet Tracer on the netacad homepage. Packet Tracer also provides visualization, authoring, assessment, and collaboration capabilities and facilitates the teaching and learning of complex technology concepts.
In this lesson we did a very very simple network to see how to add divices.
